Paste a YouTube URL into Claude Code. (Or any video link / direct upload not limited to YouTube.)

2. Lead enrichment agent
Sales teams still do this manually.
Find a prospect on LinkedIn. Open their company website. Google them. Copy details into a spreadsheet. Score them by gut feel. Paste into the CRM.
That's 8-12 minutes per lead. At 50 leads per day, that's an entire workday spent on data entry disguised as "prospecting."
Claude Code fixes this in four steps: ingest, enrich, score, route.
Define your ICP criteria once. Feed Claude a raw list of company names or domains. Claude visits each company website, pulls industry signals, headcount clues, tech stack indicators, positioning language, recent press mentions. It scores each lead against your ICP on a 0-100 scale. Qualified records land in HubSpot or a clean spreadsheet. Disqualified ones get tagged with the reason so your team stops revisiting dead leads.
The enrichment layer is where this gets interesting. Claude reads the "About" page and extracts what the company actually does (not what their SEO-optimized tagline claims). It checks job postings on the careers page to infer growth stage, budget priorities, and tech decisions. If the company just posted three DevOps roles, they're scaling infrastructure. If they posted a Head of AI, they're buying, not building.
Add a personalization pass on top. Claude pulls a recent blog post or press release from each prospect and writes a one-line opener your SDR can paste into the first email. That single line turns a cold email into a warm one.
The output: a spreadsheet with company name, ICP score, enrichment summary, buying signals, and a personalized hook. Ready for outreach.

One note on compliance. If you're pulling LinkedIn data, use approved connectors or browser-based workflows with public profile data only. Frame it as profile enrichment from the public web. Nobody wants a cease-and-desist over a prospecting spreadsheet.
3. Competitive intelligence pipeline
Product teams and marketing leads track competitors manually. Someone opens five browser tabs every Monday, skims pricing pages, reads changelogs, screenshots feature tables, and writes a Slack summary that three people read before it disappears into scroll history.
That ritual costs 3-5 hours per week per analyst. It scales poorly. And it misses changes between check-ins.
Claude Code replaces the analyst's Monday morning tab ritual with a scheduled pipeline.
Define your target list: competitor websites, pricing pages, feature matrices, job boards, press rooms. Claude scrapes each one on a schedule (daily or weekly, your call). It stores a snapshot. You can layer on pricing analysis. Track plan names, feature bundles, and price points across 10 competitors in a single table. When someone changes pricing, your team knows within 24 hours.

Charge $1,000-2,500 per month depending on the number of competitors tracked and the reporting frequency. Your compute cost is under $100/month. The margin is the intelligence layer you build on top: knowing which signals matter, how to interpret hiring patterns, what a pricing change means for your client's positioning.
4. Invoice and document extraction pipeline
Boring. Repetitive. Sells like crazy.
Invoices, receipts, contracts, purchase orders. Still getting typed into spreadsheets by hand in 2026. Finance teams at mid-sized companies spend 15-20 hours per week on manual data entry across documents that follow predictable formats.
Claude Code reads the file, extracts the fields that matter, validates against a schema, and sends structured output to a spreadsheet or accounting system.
The architecture: ingest the document (PDF, scan, photo). If it's a scanned image, run OCR. Claude extracts fields into a fixed schema: vendor name, invoice number, date, line items, totals, tax, payment terms. It validates the extraction (does the line item math add up to the total? does the PO number match an open order?). Clean records go to the accounting system. Flagged records go to a human review queue.
Production pipelines report 94-97% field-level accuracy on standard invoice fields. Line items on messy scans still need human review. That honesty is what makes this sellable. You're not promising magic. You're promising that 95% of the grunt work disappears and the remaining 5% gets flagged with context so a human resolves it in seconds instead of minutes.
Claude Code adds a layer most OCR tools miss: understanding. It reads a contract and extracts renewal dates, termination clauses, payment schedules. It reads a receipt and categorizes the expense. The extraction is semantic, not just positional. That's the difference between pulling text from coordinates on a page and understanding what the document says.
For companies processing hundreds of documents monthly, this pipeline saves a full-time employee's worth of hours. The person doing that work today hates it. Their manager knows it's a retention risk. You're solving both problems.
Best buyers: finance teams at companies with 50-500 employees, bookkeeping firms, ops teams processing vendor paperwork, legal teams reviewing contract portfolios.
Charge per document processed ($1-3 per invoice) or a flat monthly rate ($500-2,000) depending on volume. Your cost per document is cents. The value per document is the 8-12 minutes of skilled labor it replaces.
5. Knowledge base and support automation pipeline
Every SaaS company with more than 1,000 users has the same problem: documentation that's six months behind the product.
Engineers ship features. The changelog gets a two-line entry. Support tickets pile up asking how the new feature works. A technical writer adds it to the backlog. Three months later, the article gets published. By then, the feature has changed twice.
Claude Code closes that gap.
The pipeline works in two stages. First, gap analysis. Claude crawls your existing documentation, pulls recent support tickets from Zendesk or Intercom, and cross-references. It identifies questions customers ask repeatedly that have no matching article in the knowledge base. It ranks those gaps by ticket volume: the question asked 200 times last month with no doc gets priority over the one asked 5 times.
Second, content generation. Claude drafts articles for each gap. It pulls context from the support tickets themselves (real customer questions, real confusion points), from the product changelog, and from existing related docs. The output matches your documentation style: headings, code examples, screenshots placeholders, the format your team already uses.
The generated drafts go into a review queue. A technical writer or product manager approves, edits, and publishes. The pipeline runs weekly. Every Monday, your team gets a list of new draft articles ranked by customer impact.
One layer deeper: Claude can identify articles that exist but have gone stale. If tickets reference a feature and the doc for that feature was last updated eight months ago, Claude flags it for review and drafts an updated version using the latest changelog entries.
Best buyers: SaaS companies with active support queues, developer tools companies with large documentation surfaces, any business where support ticket volume correlates with documentation quality.
The pricing works as a setup fee ($5,000-10,000 to connect your systems, configure the pipeline, and calibrate the style) plus a monthly retainer ($1,500-3,000) for ongoing runs, monitoring, and prompt tuning.
The ROI math: if your support team handles 2,000 tickets per month and 30% of those have answers that should exist in the docs, that's 600 tickets per month deflected by better documentation. At $5-15 per ticket handling cost, that's $3,000-9,000 per month in saved support labor. The pipeline pays for itself in month one.
